The first High-Level Policy Talk under the framework of the EU4Energy Governance project took place in Kyiv, gathering members of parliament across the political spectrum, experts of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the DiXi Group think tank and the Energy Community Secretariat.

DiXi Group’s Analyst Shared His Experience with Georgian Colleagues
DiXi Group’s Vice President Anton Antonenko took part in the round table “Facilitating Georgian Energy Reforms in Line with Energy Community Commitments” organized by representatives of the Georgian think tank WEG (World Experience for Georgia). DiXi’s representative shared via Skype with those participating in the event his experience on how to organize the monitoring of the performance of obligations within the framework of the Energy Community (which the DiXi Group has maintained since 2011), elucidated the structure and key components of the monitoring, and talked about the details of activities of the Multilateral Working Group.
