The DiXi Group team presented the analytical report Ukraine and the Association Agreement: a New Season and the areas of its activity to key European stakeholders.
Speaking at the presentation of an annual report on the status of implementing reforms in Ukraine’s energy and environment sectors under the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement, held at Ukraine Crisis Media Center, experts said that positive shifts were observed in most energy and environmental reforms in 2019.
In November, seminars on “Implementation of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) at local level: available instruments and expected benefits” were held in four regional centers of Ukraine: Lutsk, Uzhhorod, Dnipro and Zhytomyr.
On 22 November, the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection hosted a meeting of the Multi-Stakeholder Group for Implementation of EITI (MSG), chaired by DiXi Group President Olena Pavlenko.
The Energy Charter Secretariat published the 2019 Energy Investment Risk Assessment (EIRA) report. The materials for this report concerning Ukraine were prepared with the assistance from DiXi Group expert Taras Tkachuk. The report was recently presented at a conference in Brussels.
