• The NEURC will consider limitation of electricity imports from Russia and Belarus, stressing at the same time on the need for a comprehensive approach to ensure security of electricity supply, in particular by controlling coal stocks…
• Liberalization of the gas market without solving financial problems of heat producers, in particular accumulated debts, would not yield expected results and will only make the situation worse…
• The government and members of Naftogaz Supervisory Board were able to resolve the conflict, but problems in the company’s corporate governance may persist…
