Olena Pavlenko is the President of the DiXi Group, a Kyiv-based think-tank specialising in research and consultations in the energy sphere.

Olena works in the energy sector for more than 17 years, dealing with such issues as energy security, energy transparency, oil and gas market liberalisation, EU-Ukraine-Russian energy relations, hydrocarbon development issues.

Olena has served as not-on-staff Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (2019) and to the Minister of Energy (2015-2016).

Energy Policy Expert. Master of Political Science, National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.

He has a Master’s Degree in the area of political science granted by the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and Friedrich Schiller University (Germany), from which he graduated in 2010. Besides, in 2006 he successfully completed Prometheus Program on Transition Studies at the University of Tartu (Estonia).

PhD in Economics. Expert in energy policy and energy markets research.

Graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” specialty “Physics and Mathematics”. At DiXi Group, he deals with writing analytics, analyzing and systematizing data and monitoring of the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.

He has a degree in thermal energy and gas supply from the Prydniprovska Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture and a second degree in public administration from the Dnipro National University. He has experience in the utilities and energy sector in terms of economics and investment activities, as well as energy efficiency. He worked for about 10 years at national energy regulators and the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, holding positions ranging from head of department to member of the national energy regulator.

Olena has 15 years of practical experience in the energy sector, which covers both the operation of electrical equipment and commercial operations in the electricity market. She is engaged in analytical activities, in particular, she works on issues related to strengthening the energy sustainability of Ukraine and the security of energy supply. At DiXi Group, she is responsible for the direction of energy security.

Works in the energy markets’ analysis since 2019. BA in international relations (Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv). His research interests are centered on the development of natural and renewable gases markets in Ukraine. As employee of DiXi Group, he is responsible for the direction of energy market development.

Liudmyla has been working in communications since 2019. She has experience in building public communications for NGOs, including business associations and think tanks. She has been working in economic journalism since 2016. She holds a master’s degree in journalism with honors. At DiXi Group, she is responsible for communication direction. Iryna has experience in content creation and communication with international partners. She has been working in energy journalism since 2018. She holds two degrees in journalism and cultural studies, completed the KSE course: “Economics, markets and data analysis and energy markets”. At DiXi Group Iryna is responsible for the development of the communications.

An expert in renewable energy. Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty “Renovated Energy Conversion” (engineering science).

Holding B.A. in International Law from Kyiv International University (2009) and LL.M in Energy Law and Policy from University of Dundee, Scotland (2016), within DiXi Group is engaged with Ukraine’s European integration programs and collaboration with the Energy Community.

Аlumnus of bachelor programs in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv). In 2016, he received an MA degree in international relations and diplomacy at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas (Lithuania). Also received PhD from the University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Finland).

A graduate of Kyiv University of Law with a degree in law. Has many years of experience in procurements.

She graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a master’s degree in Marketing. Anna has extensive experience in the commercial and non-governmental sectors. At DiXi Group, she is responsible for procurement.

Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (Master in Accounting and Audit). In DiXi Group, she manages corporate finance and is responsible for the implementation of the company’s budget and budgets of individual projects.

Graduated from the International Management Institute (IMI – Kyiv), has an MBA degree. For more than 15 years, she has been working in a non-profit sector with experience in accounting, financial management and grants of non-government organizations. Participated in the development of manuals on operational activities, human resources management, procurement processes and financial issues for six NGOs; successfully passed 9 international audits. In DiXi Group, she is responsible for accounting.

A graduate of the State Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, majoring in Accounting and Audit. 13 years of experience working in a nonprofit organization. Responsible for keeping accounting at DiXi Group.
