The Ranking of Electricity Suppliers becomes a benchmark for market participants
DiXi Group expert Bohdan Serebrennikov took part in the Energy Market Challenges round table held on 8 October.
The event was organized by Energy Union, a civil society organization that brings together suppliers at free prices, universal service providers, traders, energy producers and consumers in Ukraine.
At the request from the organizers, Bohdan Serebrennikov provided detailed information to the attendees about the Ranking of Electricity Suppliers, its methodology and key results. Speaking at “How to become one of the top ranks in the Ranking of Electricity Suppliers” panel, he explained, in particular, what criteria are used to evaluate electricity suppliers and what they should devote attention to in order to become some of the best.
His speech was followed by a discussion with the representatives of power companies in attendance concerning evaluation indicators, the possibility of adding new indicators, and other points.
“The Ranking of Electricity Suppliers is drawing an increasing attention of market participants, seemingly becoming an influential benchmark for the sector,” Bohdan Serebrennikov summarized the outcome of discussion. “We listen to proposals from companies and public authorities; we are open to discussions, and we feel changes in the market. Today, we are already prepared to adapt certain indicators for the next edition of this Ranking.”
