DiXi Group proposals on the new Subsoil Code

Experts of DiXi Group think tank have analyzed a draft of the new version of the Subsoil Code, offered for public discussion by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and developed relevant proposals.
