• In the conditions when the cap on gas price for households is going to be lifted on April 1, the prices are de-facto set by dominant players that have access to Ukrgazvydobuvannia resources… 
• The government extended the PSO regime and decided to keep the fixed electricity price for households until May 1, while not announcing further plans on implementation of market pricing…
• The State Service for Geology and Mineral Resources and the NSDC are checking the legality of issuing and using special permits for exploration and production, while Naftogaz is looking for ways to increase production…
• The AMCU is also active in the petroleum products market, having issued binding recommendations to market players on price adjustments. The situation is also affected by the probable change of a supplier of the Russian resource…
