The Dashboards section on the Energy Map platform has been updated. It now features a new structure and a modern data presentation format, enabling faster analysis of key indicators of Ukraine’s energy sector.

Instead of large pages containing numerous charts, the section now consists of separate thematic dashboards. Each of them combines interconnected visualizations, key indicators, and brief explanations, and also supports interactive filters such as selection of time period, level of detail, units of measurement, and other parameters.

The following dashboards are already available to users:

  • Electricity import and export
  • Natural gas stocks in underground storage facilities
  • Natural gas consumption
  • Large-scale attacks on the energy system
  • Foreign trade in fuel and energy commodities
  • Electricity consumption
  • Electricity generation

The new format is designed to make data work more convenient for experts and researchers, as well as journalists, public authorities, and anyone interested in the energy sector.

“We continue developing Energy Map as a platform where everyone can work with energy data in the most convenient format for them – from downloading detailed datasets to ready-made interactive dashboards. Our goal is to make information not only accessible, but also understandable and useful for decision-making,” says Oksana Zuieva, Senior Open Data Expert at DiXi Group.

Going forward, the section will be further expanded with new thematic dashboards covering different areas of the energy sector. We welcome feedback and ideas for new visualizations. If you are missing specific analytical perspectives, please share them with us at

The Energy Sector Transparency (EST) project supports key U.S. administration priorities by advancing its energy interests and expanding opportunities for American companies in Ukraine’s energy sector. By strengthening transparency and anti-corruption safeguards, the project helps foster a more predictable, rules-based environment that can support fair competition and encourage investment. Through support for market-oriented reforms and stronger data systems, EST contributes to U.S. economic interests while reinforcing U.S. leadership in the global energy sector.
