DiXi Group Was Mentioned in a Study of Work Done by Independent Think Tanks
DiXi Group think tank was mentioned among successful cases in the report “Independent think tanks and government: Partners in promoting reforms or two parallel worlds?”.
The study was initiated by the International Renaissance Foundation and conducted by the Democratic Initiatives Foundation. The authors of the study organized an Internet survey with the participation of 158 respondents, of which 75 were representatives of public authorities, 53 — of national and regional media, and 82 — members of NGOs and independent think tanks.
The study showed that the public authorities were ready to cooperate with think tanks, but at the same time, the problem of low awareness of activities carried out by think tanks remains.
DiXi Group has a rather long and successful experience in cooperating with the public authorities.
“There are several factors of successful influence on politics. One of them is development of networks and coalitions with the like-minded partners. It is also important to interact with not only top management, politicians, but also with executors, middle-level management. Because it is the latter who actually draft decisions. Another crucial component is cooperation with the “champions”, i.e. officials who are willing to become our allies”, said Roman Nitsovych, DiXi Group’s Program Manager.
