DiXi Group took part in the training on creative team management

DiXi Group Think Tank representatives attended the four-day training course “Project management for creative teams. Agile in Action”, organised by Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Participants learned to plan work and achieve results in environments that change rapidly, manage relevant risks and motivate colleagues for creative self-disclosure.

“It was a wonderful combination of inspiration and practice. We learned a lot, having experienced that by ourselves, so to say. In-class exercises impressed us with their results, allowed us to look at many processes from the outside and try out new approaches to real-time management of the organisations”, said Anton Antonenko, Vice President of the DiXi Group Think Tank.
