DiXi Group’s Representative Participated in the Brussels UkraineLab 2017

DiXi Group’s Think Tank Program Manager Roman Nitsovych participated in the UkraineLab 2017 that was held in Brussels on February 22. The event organized by the Ukrainian Think Tanks Liaison Office in Brussels (the “Office”) with the support of the European Endowment for Democracy, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, the Mission of Canada to the EU, and the International Renaissance Foundation was dedicated to project ideas to support reforms in Ukraine.

The representatives of 19 leading Ukrainian think tanks took part in the Lab. The participants addressed in their speeches Ukraine’s current challenges and opportunities in different internal and external policy areas.

“The Lab provided another venue to exchange experiences and make sure we are on the same page with European analysts with respect to our common priorities in supporting reforms in Ukraine. Also, a high interest to transformational changes in the energy sector continues to exist,” Roman Nitsovych shared his impressions after his participation in the Lab.

Overall, about 100 participants visited the event, including EU high-ranking officials, representatives of Ukrainian governmental institutions, think tanks, business associations, consultancies, academia, foundations, and media.
