DiXi Group’s expert took part in the presentation of a study into Russian policy as a threat to the EU energy security that took place in Brussels
11 April, DiXi Group expert Denys Nazarenko took part in the presentation of the study “War by Other Means. Kremlin’s Energy Policy as a Channel of Influence” at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic in Brussels.
The study includes examples of Russian aggression in the energy market of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Romania and Hungary, as well as recommendations for EU institutions to reduce energy dependence on the Russian Federation.
It is worth noting that Denys Nazarenko is also one of the authors of this study – he wrote a section about Ukraine, assessing Russia’s behaviour in the energy sector from our state’s point of view.
The study was prepared within the framework of a grant from the National Endowment for Democracy.
