DiXi Group’s comment regarding the situation with Ukrtrasgaz

The amendments to the charter of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine (according to which, the Ministry of Economy acquired the functions of management of Ukrtransgazcompany) have been canceled. According to the statement of the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers this decision as well as the decision on establishing the working group with representatives of a few ministries Naftogazand Ukrtransgaz, and some international organizations was adopted during the meeting at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine late on September 19.
