DiXi Group Announces Competition for Audit Firms to Conduct Auditing

Within the framework of the “Dixi Group Institutional Support” project of the Think Tank Development Initiative implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) in cooperation with the Think Tank Foundation (TTF) supported by the Embassy of Sweden in Ukraine (SIDA)

The audit has to be carried out by an independent and qualified auditor having experience of auditing public organizations. 

The auditor has to check:

– financial statements of the Organization consisting of the balance sheet as of 31 December 2016, a report on incomes and expenses, cash flows report for the year that ended as of the audit date, and to provide the audit report on whether the financial statements of the Organization provide an appropriate objective representation, in all essential aspects, of the financial status of the Organization as of 31 December 2016, and on the changes of its net assets for the year that ended as of the audit date;

– financial report of the “Dixi Group Institutional Support” project for the operations period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 and to provide an auditor report according to MCA 800/805 on whether the financial report of the Project complies with the SIDA instructions regarding financial statements.

The deadline for the report submitted in English and Ukrainian is 20 February 2017.

Requirements for the competition proposal:

  • Detailed description of the costs and schedule of work;
  • Experience of providing audit services;
    • Contacts of contractors to whom similar services were provided.

The complete package of documents has to include the scanned copies of:

  • Filled out application for participation in complete competition selection (sent upon request);
  • Price proposal according to the requirements stated above;
  • Certificate on inclusion in the Register of Auditor Firms and Auditors;
  • Certificate or extract from the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.
