DiXi Group analytical center President Olena Pavlenko and Vice President Anton Antonenko met with the U.S. Assistant Secretary on Energy Resources Francis Fannon. The meeting took place on July 23 at the analytical center’s office. The first High-Level Policy Talk under the framework of the EU4Energy Governance project took place in Kyiv, gathering members of parliament across the political spectrum, experts of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the DiXi Group think tank and the Energy Community Secretariat.
