Speaking at the presentation of an annual report on the status of implementing reforms in Ukraine’s energy and environment sectors under the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement, held at Ukraine Crisis Media Center, experts said that positive shifts were observed in most energy and environmental reforms in 2019.
