The Strategic Advisory Group on elaborating draft law No. 2966 "On Energy Regulator" commenced operations in Ukraine. Olena Pavlenko, the President of DiXi Group Think Tank, informed thereof during a briefing at the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre.
