Representatives of the DiXi Group Think Tank took part in a working meeting with representatives of the German Advisory Group (GAG), which was held by the Head of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Ihor Nasalyk. The meeting participants gathered to discuss promising business areas in the energy sector. In particular, the promotion of gas exchange trading in Ukraine.
DiXi Group analysts developed proposals to the draft Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035. The document proposed by DiXi contains 41 clauses.
On Wednesday, January 18, at a joint meeting of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety and the Board of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, a public discussion of the draft Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035 was held involving experts and representatives of trade unions. The basic version of the document was created due to cooperation between the National Institute for Strategic Studies and the Ukrainian Centre for Economic and Political Studies named after O. Razumkov.
At the briefing that took place on December 23, 2016, experts listed the major "achievements" and "failures" of the Ukrainian implementation of European reforms in the energy sector and environmental issues as of the end of the year and outlined the priority tasks for the sector for 2017.
Olena Pavlenko, President of DiXi Group, and Anton Antonenko, Vice President of DiXi Group, took part in a high-level conference on strategic partnership between Ukraine and the EU in the energy sector.
Over the last several years, Ukraine has considerably progressed in implementing European reforms in the environmental legislation, but there is still a lot of work on their practical implementation. These issues were discussed by domestic and foreign experts at the round table "European Reforms in the Environmental Legislation of Ukraine: to be or not to be?"
On December 13 at 12:30 p.m., experts, politicians and scientists will discuss the implementation of European reforms in the environmental legislation of Ukraine.
A round table will be held on December 5, 2016 from 02:30 p.m. to 04:30 p.m. on the topic "NCEPUR - Legal Issues: what's next?" The event will take place with the support from the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety and with the assistance of the British Government.
