Is Ukraine’s power system ready for the summer of 2026? What will be the key risks to its stable operation? How fast is preparation for the upcoming heating season progressing? And can energy decentralization become not only a crisis-response solution, but also part of the future model of Ukraine’s energy system?
As part of the event, the DiXi Group team will traditionally present the Summer Outlooks assessment — an overview of the summer period, possible development scenarios, and key challenges facing the power system.
A separate discussion will focus on energy decentralization in Ukraine.
Participants will discuss:
- whether distributed generation is becoming part of the long-term development model of Ukraine’s energy system;
- the technical capabilities, as well as the market and regulatory conditions necessary for scaling it up;
- the role that communities, businesses, and local energy projects will play in this process.
