- Russian troops carried out two massive missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.
- On the night of June 20, UAV fragments damaged a facility in the Vinnytsia region, about 218,000 were cut off from power supply; Thermal power plant of DTEK was attacked, the equipment was seriously damaged.
- On the night of June 22, equipment at Ukrenergo facilities in the Zaporizhzhia and Lviv regions was damaged, and the Ivano–Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas was attacked.
- The total duration of electricity consumption restrictions for industry and households amounted to 111 hours, or 66% of the week’s hours.
- The government extended the application of the “Affordable Loans 5–7–9%” program to the construction and installation of gas turbine, gas engine, and biogas generating units.
- The Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for using funds from the State Fund for Decarbonization and Energy Efficient Transformation, as well as the composition of the Supervisory Board of Energoatom.
- In 2023 Naftogaz Group received 23.12 billion UAH in profit.
- The Antimonopoly Committee allowed Ukrnafta to take control of seized assets of Tatneft in Ukraine.
- The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy, Housing, and Utilities approved a draft law on
the design and construction of Khmelnytsky NPP Units 3 and 4.
