MONITORING OF PERMITTING ACTIVITIES AND CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES

• The Ukrainian Geological Survey has published information on the cancellation of 3 special permits;
• The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Energy, Housing and Utilities Services reviewed draft law No. 6133 dated 05.10.2021 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Oil and Gas” Regarding the Definition of Critical Gas Storage and Critical Main Gas Transportation Pipelines”;
• The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Energy, Housing and Utilities Services reviewed draft law regarding the extension of the moratorium on enforcement proceedings of state-owned coal mining enterprises.
