• The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has published for discussion a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On conducting a comprehensive inspection of the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated by the production sharing agreement”;
• The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law No. 4113-ІХ “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on Stimulating the Development of the Digital Economy in Ukraine”.
