MONITORING OF PERMITTING ACTIVITIES AND CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES

• The Ukrainian Geological Survey published a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Lists of Minerals of National and Local Importance”;
• The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted draft law No. 11355  “On integrated prevention and control of industrial pollution” as a basis;
• State Research and Development Enterprise “State Information Geological Fund of Ukraine” (Geoinform) has introduced a service for conducting geological “due diligence” of an investment object.
