MONITORING OF PERMITTING ACTIVITIES AND CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES

• Ukrainian Geological Survey announced the eighth auctions in 2024, for which it offered 12 special permits;
• The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Procedure for Monitoring the Geological Environment;
• The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine published the Investment Guide of Ukraine, which, among other projects, contains a section on reforms and investment projects in the field of critical minerals.
