MONITORING OF PERMITTING ACTIVITIES AND CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES

• The Ukrainian Geological Survey held the 8th auction in 2024 for the sale of special permits for the use of subsoil;
• The Ukrainian Geological Survey has published a draft order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine with changes to the reporting forms of subsoil users;
• The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management recommended the adoption in the second reading of draft law No. 11355  “On Integrated Prevention and Control of Industrial Pollution.”
