MONITORING OF PERMITTING ACTIVITIES AND CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES
- The Ukrainian Geological Survey has published information on the granting of 7 special permits;
- The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has published for discussion the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the Procedure for decommissioning, conservation and deconservation of main pipelines of oil, gas and their processing products”;
- The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Environmental Policy and Nature Management adopted a number of recommendations to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources, The Ukrainian Geological Survey and the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the provisions of the legislation on subsoil use.
