Olena Pavlenko voiced them following the discussion “The Fourth Year. Where We’ve Been, Where We’re Going” at the annual  Forbes Ukraine’s Business Energy Forum.

The conversation, moderated by DiXi Group President, was attended by:

  • Serhii Kovalenko, CEO at YASNO;
  • Nataliya Boyko, Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board Naftogaz of Ukraine and Head of the Center of Excellence in Government Relations;
  • Eygen Pyatko, СEO at Асканія Енерджі;
  • Oleksandr Pysaruk, Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine.

First of all, we should realize that no one can guarantee or promise that the coming winter will pass well or even just easy. So we cannot relax, but instead must be constantly focused and prepared. The experience of going through previous winters will be useful

The second factor: teamwork is extremely important. From what happens at the level of large companies like Naftogaz, to offices that become centers of invincibility for those who work there.

“We need to all work together and help each other to get through this winter,” Olena Pavlenko points out.

Ultimately, it is necessary to continue to attract external financing, as Ukraine’s own internal resources will not be enough to cope with its numerous challenges.

“We should all think about how to find additional resources to get through the winter period and preserve the energy infrastructure,” DiXi Group President urges.

Olena Pavlenko concludes: “This also means strengthening our internal capabilities and the ability to work with large projects, high requirements, and thus reform ourselves, not only for this winter, but also for the coming years.”

Also during the event, the Top Lead “Energy Shift” study on the coal transformation of regions, where DiXi Group was an analytical partner, was presented: https://bit.ly/4oE7OGf.
