The media outlet was founded in 2008 and updated as part of the USAID Energy Sector Transparency Project in 2020.

Mobile application “Energy Online”

The mobile application was designed to optimize the interaction between service providers and their consumers in the energy sector.

One of the key functions of the app is the ability to submit requests to your supplier regarding utility bills or other issues, as well as to evaluate the quality of service.

Until 2022, the mobile service provided the ability to view information on tariffs of electricity and gas suppliers, compare prices and choose the best offer.

This feature is expected to be restored.

A strong interest in the Index exists among companies and potential investors seeking an open, competitive environment, a better relationship with the government and communities, and reducing business risks.

The largest database of official statistics and market data covering all sectors of Ukraine’s energy sector, which provides access to information and helps users focus on analysis and respond quickly to changes in the industry.

Currently, the portal contains more than 400 ready-to-use datasets from 40 data controllers from Ukraine and Europe.

100% of the data is available in English.

Energy Map is a source of unique information that can become the basis for exclusive journalistic pieces, analytical reports and studies.

The portal was launched in October 2021 as part of the USAID Energy Sector Transparency Project.

 

Green Transition Office

Green Transition Office

The Green Transition Office (GTO) was founded as an independent advisory body under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine that helps to implement reforms in the field of green transition, energy and climate policy of Ukraine.

The key goal of the GTO is to create conditions for Ukraine’s economic growth through green transformation without compromising business competitiveness.

The areas of activity include the development of a comprehensive legal framework in the climate and energy sectors, ESG reporting, green finance, сapacity building for government bodies and other stakeholders, monitoring the implementation of the National Energy and Climate Plan and the Ukraine’s Plan till 2030 to achieve sustainable development goals.

Ukraine’s first service for comparing commercial gas offers for residential consumers, which provides up-to-date information on the prices of natural gas suppliers available in a particular region in a convenient format.

It also provides an opportunity to estimate potential savings from changing suppliers during the year.
