According to Energy Map, electricity imports to Ukraine decreased by 3% to 310.8 GWh in the period from February 9 to 15. This marks the first decline in weekly import volumes in the past five weeks. Electricity exports have remained at zero for three consecutive months.
During the week, russia continued to carry out energy terror. In particular, on February 12, another massive attack on the energy system was carried out. The main targets were generation facilities and substations in large cities – Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipro.
A gradual rise in temperatures during the week somewhat improved the situation: warmer weather reduced network load and eased the capacity deficit. This helped partially stabilize supply schedules and avoid large-scale emergency outages. According to Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal, the electricity deficit in Ukraine has decreased from 5-6 GW to 4.3-4.5 GW against the backdrop of warming.

Import structure by country:
- Hungary – 154.1 GWh (50%);
- Romania – 62.0 GWh (20%);
- Slovakia – 57.7 GWh (18%);
- Poland – 33.2 GWh (11%);
- Moldova – 3.8 GWh (1%).
Supplies from Hungary and Poland decreased by 2% and 24% respectively, while imports from other countries increased by 3-5%.
