Roman Nitsovych, project manager at the DiXi Group Think Tank, took part in the project management program organized by specialists of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).
At the training session held on October 22-24, the audience was introduced to the project management basics and taught how to adjust projects in progress, do budgeting, and multitask.
“The most useful information that I plan to use in my work is project team management in a multitasking environment, including breaking the “vicious circle” by building a critical path and creating time buffers. I also plan to better analyze project risks and limitations, apply new approaches to internal communications for a faster response to project changes,” Roman Nitsovych said.
