The Energy Reforms web-site (https://enref.org/) was created in 2014, and currently it is being revised in view of the changed project objectives and new communicational tasks – through upgrade of the interface toolkit with the unchanged stylistics and content. The scope of work includes:
– update of the structure (in particular, adding new sections, subsections for video and infographics);
– upgrade of the toolkit ;
– development of adaptive design, etc..

The complete package of documents has to include scanned copies of:
• Filled out application form for participation in the complete competition selection (sent upon request);
• Price proposal.
For a legal entity, please provide scanned copies of the following documents:
• Certificate of a taxpayer registration;
• Certificate or extract from the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.
For an individual entrepreneur, please attach scanned copies of the Certificate or an extract from the Uniform State Register.
