ENERGY SECURITY DIALOGUE 2025 – The New DNA of Energy Security

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, DiXi Group invites you to the annual international conference Energy Security Dialogue 2025, dedicated to shaping the new DNA of energy security for Ukraine and the region.

Amid Russia’s ongoing aggression, the Ukrainian energy system faces daily tests of resilience. The enemy constantly changes tactics, forcing us to find new ways to keep the lights on and homes warm. This year, we will discuss how the war has reshaped both global and local challenges, which technologies and solutions will drive energy recovery, and what it takes to move toward a decentralized, secure, and sustainable energy system in an era of hybrid threats.

Today, energy security goes far beyond generation or backup capacities. It lies at the intersection of technology, resilience, trust, and partnership. Ukraine is building a new foundation for this DNA — from developing decentralized energy systems to deploying innovative solutions for protecting critical infrastructure, expanding backup power sources, and increasing grid flexibility.

Across Europe, partners are also seeking a new energy formula — how to combine security of supply, independence from Russian resources, and achievement of climate goals. This requires joint solutions, technological renewal, and coordination at all levels.

The conference will bring together Ukrainian, European, and American experts, government officials, international institutions, financial organizations, and businesses to honestly assess current challenges and identify the key elements of the new DNA of energy security — transparency, innovation, investment, and trust.

Key topics of Energy Security Dialogue 2025:

  • The transformation of energy security: from centralized systems to flexible, digital, and resilient energy networks.

  • Emerging risks for energy, industry, and critical infrastructure under Russian aggression and ongoing energy blackmail.

  • The energy sources of the future: small modular reactors, storage systems, smart grids, and artificial intelligence in energy management.

  • Combining post-war recovery with the green transition and climate goals — without compromising security or affordability.

  • Building investor confidence through stable regulation, effective financial tools, and partnership models that endure even in wartime.

  • Protecting energy infrastructure from physical and cyber threats and integrating security into strategic energy planning.

Among the invited speakers: representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, European Commission, International Energy Agency, EBRD, World Bank, Westinghouse, DiXi Group, as well as leading Ukrainian energy companies and banks.
