MONITORING OF PERMITTING ACTIVITIES AND CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES

 

  • The Ukrainian Geological Survey has published information on the issuance of 3 special permits;
  • The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine published for discussion the draft Law of Ukraine “On waste management of the extractive industry”;
  • The Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services reviewed the draft Law “On Amendments to the State Program for the Development of the Mineral and Raw Materials Base of Ukraine for the Period Until 2030”.
