DiXi Group, a civil society organization, announces a competition for the provision of international energy law consulting services. One consultant will be selected through this competition. The position focuses on international energy law, trade disputes, and interstate energy dispute resolution mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of legal positions and strategies to protect Ukraine’s interests in international energy policy matters.
- Analysis of international agreements, bilateral treaties, and obligations in the field of energy cooperation.
- Preparation of draft complaints for international and/or foreign institutions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in international energy law.
- Deep understanding of WTO law, EU energy law, and international trade law.
- Understanding of Ukraine’s energy sector specifics.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Experience in conducting research/monitoring/analytical activities in the field of energy policy.
- Demonstration of knowledge of WTO law, EU energy law and international trade law.
- Cost of providing the service (per 1 hour).
