The NGO “DiXi Group” announces a call for proposals to select a service provider for the development and placement of social advertising.
DiXi Group is a Ukrainian think tank that operates in the fields of energy and climate. The core idea of this social advertising campaign is to encourage the population to conserve electricity, raise awareness about energy-saving measures, and promote readiness for potential shortages of electricity and heat supply.
Target Audience
The target audience includes residents of Ukraine’s largest cities with high energy consumption (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv). These are apartment dwellers who are typically busy during the day and who peak in energy usage during morning and evening hours, with an age range of 26 to 59.
Estimated Service Period: up to 3 months (including creating, launch, promotion, performance measurement, and reporting).
Expected Services:
- Creating of social advertising content per approved scenario (production, design).
- Supporting the launch and distribution the social advertising
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the social advertising
- Preparation of a detailed report on the results of the advertising campaign
Campaign Duration: 1 month.
Expected Reach: 15,000,000 – 16,000,000 contacts.
Key Tasks:
1.Creating of social advertising content according to the approved scenario and formats, which includes:
- Production of six posters with tips for the public on wise electricity consumption and winter preparedness (photo shoots featuring target audience representatives and influencers).
- Production of six pre-rolls videos for YouTube and screens in public transport (short videos lasting up to 6 seconds featuring each poster’s representative).
- Development of a landing page with additional tips, integrated video (all 6 pre-rolls combined into one video that plays automatically in a loop), information about the advertising campaign, and contact details. The link to the landing page will be placed on all posters and short videos in the form of a QR code.
- Engaging main characters – target audience representatives and influencers (3-4 individuals). Communicating with influencers under social advertising terms (pro bono or symbolic payment) based on already established previous agreements with DiXi Group.
2.Support for launch, distribution, and analysis of results:
- Placement of posters/short videos on the social media pages of influencers featured in the advertising campaign; agreements regarding the quantity and frequency of postings.
- Placement of posters on lightboxes in central streets and residential areas of cities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv) – optionally, to 20 posters in each city (central + residential areas), depending on the availability of lightboxes; alternatives can be proposed for comparable reach and budget.
- Placement of posters on metro boards on escalators at 3 stations with the highest or significant passenger traffic (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro); alternatively, options in public transport can be considered.
- Placement of posters inside urban transport where the metro is not available (Odesa, Lviv) – in panels of trams, buses, and fixed-route taxis (expected coverage – at least 2 million contacts/month in each city).
- Adaptation and placement of six pre-rolls videos featuring the main characters (lasting from 5 to 10 seconds) on screens in Intercity high-speed trains with an intensity of 3 broadcasts/hour.
- Placement of social advertising with a link to the landing page on the personal social media pages of influencers featured in the advertising (social media posts, stories about the advertising campaign).
3.Monitoring the effectiveness of social advertising:
- Interim reporting in Ukrainian and English on advertising coverage, including digital metrics (with confirmed figures), and feedback from the target audience.
4.Research on the results of advertising campaign and preparation of a detailed report, which should include:
- Preparation of a detailed report in Ukrainian and English (overall audience coverage, comparison of the effectiveness of platforms/formats, number of comments and audience reactions, visibility and recognition of the advertising in the information space, media mentions etc.).
- Presentation of the advertising campaign results based on the detailed report to the DiXi Group (offline or online).
Evaluation Criteria:
- Confirmed experience in providing services for the development and placement of social advertising (including client feedback, recommendations, awards);
- Success of implemented similar projects (based on portfolio);
