DiXi Group Goes On Monitoring Information Disclosure Initiatives of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry

At the beginning of this year, DiXi Group experts took part in the meeting at the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine under the government and public initiative “Together Against Corruption”.

DiXi Group activities in this area are carried out within the USAID Transparent Energy Project.

In particular, the participants together with government officials discussed preparations for the publication of data sets offered by DiXi Group analysts and NGOs of a dedicated group of the Reanimation Package of Reforms.

In particular, according to representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the information has already been published on the website pursuant to a government regulation on open data. However, there is a separate instruction regarding publication of data sets offered by the public.

As expected, the information will be gradually placed on the website of the authority, and the whole volume should appear by the end of February.

The meeting participants also discussed the details of the creation and organization of a working group to assess corruption risks in the operations of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry and to develop the relevant steps aimed at counteraction.
