It was stated by Anton Antonenko, Vice President, DiXi Group, during the expert discussion “Structural Changes, Energy Efficiency and Vyšehrad Experience in the Eastern Partnership Countries” in Budapest. “Metering is needed for accurate evaluation of consumption. We cannot save efficiently if we know nothing about the amount and the type of energy resources consumed. When we resolve metering issues, we will be able to track priority problems”, noted Anton Antonenko.
The Expert Panel, organized by the Central European University with support of Vyšehrad Foundation, was held on February, 4. The discussion was attended by representatives from Ukraine, Moldova, Hungary, the Energy Community as well as by scientists from the Central European University.
