On 21 September, the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NCSREPU) and the DiXi Group Analytical Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the development, launch and promotion of the mobile application "Energy Online".
Its concept, based on the data managed by the NCSREPU, was developed by experts of DiXi Group. The purpose of the mobile application is to improve communication between consumers and suppliers, enable citizens to easily get information on applied energy issues and respond to actions or omission by suppliers and operators of networks.
