DiXi Group analysts participate in the OECD’s evaluation of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine

The presentation of major conclusions stated in a report on the Energy Strategy of Ukraine for the period until 2035 was attended by DiXi Group experts. The presentation was held on 20 February by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). DiXi Group experts were engaged in the OECD’s project of developing the Framework Methodology for Monitoring and Basic Evaluation of the Energy Strategy’s Implementation as of the beginning of 2020. In particular, speaking at a seminar, DiXi Group Research Director Roman Nitsovych presented an approach to the gathering and analysis of data for monitoring, which was done using the OECD instrument. The final version of the report with concluding remarks and recommendations will be published in March 2020. The evaluation report is prepared by the OECD Global Relations Secretariat as part of the project “Supporting Reform of the Energy Sector in Ukraine” financed by the Government of the Kingdom of Norway. This project is aimed to improve investments and corporate governance at state-owned enterprises, increase competition and intensify the efforts of combating corruption in Ukraine’s energy sector.
